Central Florida Community Planning & Development, Inc., is a non-profit charitable corporation with a 501 (c) 3 Status established in 2007 to serve communities and counties located within the Central Florida area. Bringing a wealth of knowledge in the areas of community mapping and land development, CFCPD identifies a target community’s boundary, land uses, demographics, and assets. In addition, this agency has extensive experience working with Community Development Corporations (CDC) in the areas of capacity building (including grant writing), CHDO designation, planning, and zoning project management, and acts in the capacity of liaison between CDCs, local government, and developers. CFCPD further encourages public/private, community development organizations, and governmental entities to adopt a focus on providing attainable housing for neighborhoods while endorsing economic development.
