On February 1st 2011, D4 URBAN LLC (D4 = Denver Design District Development) was formed by established investor/developers, Warren Cohen and Jim Frank with Chris Waggett as CEO of a new, Denver-based development company that will focus on sustainable, mixed use, transport-orientated, urban community development. Chris will be responsible for the establishment of D4, its strategic growth and its initial project, the development of the iconic Denver Design District, over time.
