Number Crunchers On The Go began when our founders saw there were businesses that needed educated and experienced accounting professionals to assist with accounting needs on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. Number Crunchers started with an experienced CFO and a CPA firm accountant, each with more than 10 years. experience in accounting and an MBA degree. We now assist several companies in the construction, manufacturing, retail and service industries. Our goal is to be approachable. We are not the typical stuffy accountants. We are a fun and easygoing group of people who want to help, no matter what the client’s level of accounting experience might be. The extent of our role depends on what a client desires. We can help support a company’s accounting staff produce timely and accurate financials, or we can take a box of receipts and checks and prepare the financials for businesses. We will provide a free consultation, which includes sitting down with you to review your financials, controls and company goals. After the review we will talk about how we can become a successful team. Number Crunchers is often asked if we replace our client’s Tax CPAs. We do not. We work with your CPA and provide them with cleaned-up year-end financials for tax preparation as well as any additional reports that may be requested. We also work right along with your banker, insurance agent, surety agent, attorney, etc.
