The Asia Blockchain and Crypto Association (ABACA) is the governing business association for Blockchain, Digital Asset, and Financial Technology (FinTech) based companies within the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Free Port in Cagayan Province, Philippines. Having been granted Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) Status by the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA), ABACA is mandated to manage, regulate and safeguard Cagayan’s "Crypto Valley of Asia," the Zone’s centerpiece for development.
