Ubuntu Impact is a student-run, professionally-advised, pro-bono consulting group that provides African, indigenous-founder-led businesses with socially impactful solutions to their most pressing issues. African businesses face many difficulties that could be alleviated with the help of external strategy consultants but there is a lack of affordable, high-quality consulting services available. Students from African Universities work collaboratively with Ivey Business School students to gain consulting experience while working with faculty and industry professionals. This opportunity enables students to step out of the classroom and develop their business acumen in the real world through cross-cultural exchange. We hope this program can serve as a long-lasting bridge between Canada and Africa.
