Welch Packaging started in 1985 with four employees. Since then, Welch has become one of the most dynamic, independent packaging companies in the United States. Welch has 14 corrugated sheet plants, 2 corrugated sheet feeders, and 3 distribution centers located throughout the Midwest. We have grown from four employees to over 1200.
