York Residential Landlords Association represents and promotes the interests of all respectable landlords operating in and around the City of York. We offer help and advice coupled with support and training and we actively promote ‘best practice’ in property management. York RLA was founded in 1994 and currently has over 500 members. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in property, including; prospective landlords, existing landlords, letting agents and others who support the aims and objectives of our association. We are recognised by City of York Council, North Yorkshire Police and all the academic institutions in York as promoting best practice and representing York’s residential landlords. York RLA is a member of York Chamber of Commerce and is affiliated to the nationally based Residential Landlords Association (RLA).
