Based in Marietta, Oklahoma, we are halfway between Dallas and Oklahoma City on I-35. We are an Advanced Life support EMS, the sole provider in a rural county of 500 square miles, which contains one of the worlds largest Casinos, WinStar World Casinos and Resort. We operate 8 ALS ambulances out of two stations. Station 1 is on hospital grounds and medics are an integral part of ER operations. Station 2 is located at WinStar World Casino, in southern Love County, through a venture with the Chickasaw Nation. We operate a Fire Brigade at Station 2, providing fire protection and technical rescue services. We are an American Heart Association Training Center, with Training Sites in Oklahoma and North Texas. Training is conducted in-house with a full time Training Officers, Instructor staff, and dedicated classrooms. We have a County appointed EMS Board, with an agreement for day-to-day operations through the county hospital, Love County Health Center. The hospital has operating partnership with the Mercy Health System, and does business as Mercy Health-Love County.
