Current research focuses on six themes: achieving superior performance, productivity and growth; the economic impact of technology and innovation; new age marketing & sales, the future of work; and urbanization. Recent reports have assessed job creation, resource productivity, business of the future, and the impact of the Internet. Leadership GTA is chaired by Thomas D'Cunha, Growthwing's director of knowledge and communications, and is led by Growthwing directors Vince R and Meenakshi NA. Project teams are led by a group of senior fellows and include consultants from Growthwing's offices. These teams draw on Growthwing's network of partners and industry and management experts. Academic advisors GTA works with leading teachers, including award winning Gurus, who act as advisors to GTA projects.
