Making Careers Work offers career support to individuals and organisational support to SMEs, specialising in career development initiatives. Career Counselling and support for individuals: Making Careers Work offers support at any stage of your career, and can help with any career-related issues, for example: * Guidance and support when making early career decisions * Addressing issues within your existing role * Mid-career transitions * Moving forward after redundancy * Maternity coaching * Returning to work after career break * Setting up independently * CV development, LinkedIn profile reviews and interview preparation * Awareness and understanding of neurodiverse conditions: including dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, and autism Most of the work I do with private clients is through one to one consultations. However, I also run a number of events and workshops throughout the year for those who like more of a group dynamic. Organisational Consulting I thoroughly enjoy working with small organisations to build their learning & development and career management provision.
