GLAM was founded in 2016 by iTalent Digital’s CEO, Renée La Londe, to encourage girls to break the gender gap by pursuing leadership roles and STEAM careers. Our mission is to equip girls across the globe with the skills and confidence to seek leadership roles, to feel power within their voices, and to create positive changes in the world, regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances. We offer an award-winning leadership program for girls aged 8 to 12, providing expert business planning and pitching mentoring, valuable emotional intelligence skill-building, as well as encouragement and confidence to become our #FutureLeaders and #TrailblazersofTomorrow! Superpower Quizzes and Role Models: Girls up to aged 12 can anonymously discover their top superpowers and then create personalized avatars! Women in STEM can submit their quizzes and save their profiles.
