The Unretiring is an organisation predicated on the assumption that many people of retirement age (or who have been made redundant) are simply not ready to retire in the conventional sense. At The Unretiring we have created a program taking participants through some of the psychological challenges of retirement or redundancy to a place of opportunity and enterprise. Our interactive online learning journey takes place over a concentrated eight week period during which time participants will have the space and opportunity to review their strengths, values and experiences as well as entertaining the possibilities of an enterprising and purposeful next stage to their lives.
