Owned by an experienced entrepreneur, Visual FX has grown and grown in its 10 year life. The largest brown goods field service company in the UK, established with all major manufacturers Visual FX also offer white goods service, Appliance FX, and are the regional service centre for Whirlpool, covering the South East. As part of Visual’s growth, we have bought new and experienced staff into the business. This began with the appointment of a new Customer Service Manager, Judy Kerrigan, and David Bernard who joined us in the role of Operations Director. David has variety of experience within the industry and is a significant appointment for Visual FX. We already have a process of reviewing engineer activity and maximising performance by using system driven prompts as well as a comprehensive range of management reports and tools. We see this as an essential approach to maintaining an efficient repair solution – achieving the highest levels of first call completion, this being our primary goal. In 2008, Visual FX acquired a Whirlpool regional service centre, based in Maidstone, Kent; Appliance FX extends our portfolio and extends our product coverage in the white goods product group. Within the group we have set targets and have a mission statement: Mission Statement: ‘One service Solution’ Aim: To be the principal service solution in an area from Ipswich to Oxford and Southampton and all the areas in-between - covering white and brown goods.
