Office of Design provides exceptional design services to Owners and Developers working in Multi-family, Municipal, and Hospitality/Retail environments. Services: Guidance – Assist the client in making sound decisions concerning the project from start to finish. Stewardship – Manage client funds and resources during both design and construction phases. Want vs. Need – Rarely can a client’s budget cover every possible want and need, we assist the client in determining a hierarchy of goals for the project, enabling good decision making and use of project funds. Big Picture – Projects are not limited to the design of the building alone, many factors play a part in ensuring that a project is successful, we consider all the angles when planning your project. Agency – Represent the client when dealing with outside sources. Assemble and manage a team of project consultants including interior designers, engineers and special consultants. Architects are the “general contractors” of the design phase. Appropriate Design - A good architect doesn’t force the issue, instead, we allow all the factors influencing the project to play a part in determining the design direction.
