JTS provides project controls and construction management resources for public infrastructure design and construction in the greater Puget Sound Region. Based in Seattle, Washington, JTS has served the region since 1993. Large public infrastructure projects have numerous stakeholders, each with their own agenda. Project controls enable each of these parties to have one cohesive reference for every decision made and recorded on a project. JTS specializes in project controls, and we add value to minimize cost overruns, time delays and provide documentation and reference for any mitigation or litigation concerns that may arise. As a liaison for the owners, consultants, contractors and others who are involved in the development of capital projects, JTS helps to controls a project's quality and efficiency to ensure the mission's success. Since 1993 we have provided construction management and project controls services to manage the quality, time, and costs of project resources in both design and construction phases of public infrastructure projects. JTS provides needed experts to analyze project progress and recommend alternatives to achieve project efficiency.
