Principals at Palace have over 80 years of experience acquiring, developing and financing real estate projects across the United States. The Principals have developed and financed over 5,700 residential lots, 2 million SF of commercial space and 10,000 hotel rooms totaling over $7 billion in value. Palace also provides client advisory services such as project due diligence and underwriting, debt and equity financing, asset management and disposition consulting. Past principal investments have included major retail centers, master-planned communities and resorts, mixed-use projects, raw land, multi-family projects, office buildings, and non-real estate operating companies. Palace has significant investment banking experience having completed several mergers and acquisitions assignments, private and public equity placements, preferred equity and debt financings. Palace’s investment partners include several private and public financial institutions, opportunity funds, hedge funds, high net worth individuals, family offices and various real estate operators. Palace manages the investment over a 3 to 5 year holding period with the goal of increasing cash flow from operations and to build value over time.
