The Society of Petroleum Engineers, known as SPE, is the largest individual-member organization serving engineers, scientists, managers and other professionals worldwide in the upstream segment of the oil and gas business. The society offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the professional growth through our programs and events and many of our accomplishments are driven by our dedicated volunteer members. SPE Mumbai Section is one of the highly recognized and awarded sections. The section was established on 22 September 1990. The section has members from Mumbai, Pune and near by region. Highly recognized and reputed student chapters - IIT Powai, MIT Pune and Wadia College are part of the Mumbai section.
