Karma Collective is a not-for-profit organisation that brings corporates, young professionals and university students together to solve real world problems for entrepreneurs in the developing world working towards sustainable growth. The Collective aims to bring the world one step closer to solving three problems: - the knowledge, expertise, exposure and human resource gap that exists between developed and developing world entrepreneurs - the “one foot out the door” problem faced by leading professional services firms housing a millennial workforce who are looking to their employers for a sense of purpose, aligned social consciousness values and a wider variety of experiences - the issue of internal job dissatisfaction faced by millennial’s themselves, usually due to the lack of opportunity that a traditional employer (or potential employer in the case of millennial students) imposes on their ability to display leadership, innovation and make a wider societal impact using their technical skill set
