CIIED : Centre for Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship - Dubai is established at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. It is an environment that fosters Entrepreneurship and nurtures the willingness to develop, organise and manage a business venture, among students of BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. It provides opportunities to the young spirited minds to develop ideas into successful ventures by inculcating the knowledge of entrepreneurship, analysing the need of the product or service and creating economic impact. The Centre's purpose is to nurture the business savvy engineers and enhance the management and understanding of performing ventures through cutting edge entrepreneurial research, teaching and practice The center aims to instil the spirit of entrepreneurial way of thinking in students and hence offers them a wide range of activities namely networking events as well as speaker series on business, management, marketing and entrepreneurship. CIIED plans to do so by Inspiring and motivating students with presentations by outstanding business leaders and Providing network opportunities for students through workshops, seminars and various other competitions.
