Great Workplaces is a consulting firm, based in Virginia, and established in 2013. The owner, Karen Gulliford, was inspired by her client's willingness to improve performance, brand, and results through leadership development and action, creating positive, high performance, trusting cultures, and an openness to change. After several years of previous consulting work, and after obtaining an M.Ed in Adult Learning, Karen re-branded her name to Great Workplaces. Isn't that where we all want to work? A place where we can be successful in life and work? Great Workplaces focuses on leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational consulting. This triad has proven to bring the best, and most sustained results over time.
