Changing Futures North East is a charity based in Hartlepool supporting children, young people and families across the North East. We are a relationship focused charity with early intervention support at the core of what we do. We focus on building and nurturing relationships between individuals, families and communities across all our support projects. We provide mediation, counseling, mentoring and family support to improve outcomes and opportunities in life for children, young people and their families. Alongside this we design and deliver innovative projects looking into the importance and value of healthy relationships and the improvement they can bring to the wider community. The Healthy Relationship Partnership seeks to promote “relational practice”, this applies to the way we work together in teams, our management-employee relationships, and worker-family relationships.
