QTI started operating in 2021 with an exclusive focus on integrating business, education and learners of all ages. We acknowledge the many opportunities that the Hainan Island are about to offer and therefor positioned ourselves securely to be able to facilitate with foreign investment as well as the development and coaching of talent.
