EMP was founded in 2019 by Erik Petty, CET, CPT; Jeff Snyder, CPT, USAW; and Brandon Buskey, SCCC, USAW; with the intentional goal of improving movement qualities that enhance athletic performance and everyday life. EMP uses advanced assessments and training protocols to train athletes from the youth level to the professional ranks. EMP's staff consists of exercise therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, and movement specialists who have been educated and trained by some of the nations best institutions and coaches. Our team has over 30 years of experience and can meet the needs of over 23 international sports. Also, we have a proven track record of helping athletes increase their athletic potential through a highly effective, individualized programming system. Our mission is to empower everyone to move better and pain free. We do this by implementing a holistic approach of training that address all of the athletes needs in one location, that maximizes individual and team success.
