International Moot Court Program – University of Miami
www.law.miami.eduIn the International Moot Court Program, students receive course credit to represent the University of Miami School of Law in various legal competitions around the world. The program is comprised of both a workshop and participation in one international moot court competition, which cover topics as diverse as investor-state disputes, commercial arbitration, human rights, international criminal law, and more. During the course of this one-year commitment, students develop valuable skills in oral and written advocacy; legal research; persuasive argumentation; and many other skills for being an effective practitioner.
