Sustainability for us stands on four pillars: community, individual, environment and economy. The food we cook should get you to do best, without sugar and artificial additives. It shall be produced under the best possible conditions for the environment. And it shall also be at a price the consumer can pay, and that gives our chefs and farmers a salary they can live on.
