Hot Power Yoga is a privately owned London-based yoga studio and teacher training school specializing in power vinyasa yoga - a modern and athletic style of yoga which combines an intense full-body workout with meditative and spiritual qualities. Founded in 2007 by Dylan Ayaloo, who started his career in the health and wellness industry as child TV Taekwondo star and member of the Malaysian Olympic Squad. The studio is now home to a full schedule of Hot Power Yoga classes and workshops. It is also an internationally recognised Yoga Teacher Training School (RYS200) and offers a range of Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training programmes.
