Each session provides you with the experiences you need to begin to thrive and move forward in your life; living from a stronger perspective and handling challenges that arise in a new and thriving way. These experiences may increase self-confidence, self-esteem, and well-being as well as decreases in anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship tensions. During your journey together, she will draw from every piece of knowledge and experience to help you in whatever way may be right in the moment. This may include but isn't limited to: Dialogue - getting to know one another through talking, sharing your story with me, and integrating and processing what was learned through your experiences with the methods listed below. Family & Systemic Constellations - an exercise exploring patterns and challenges within your self and your family systems using figurines, foam footprints (or participants in a workshop), in order to shift perspectives and gain a better understanding, relieve conflict, and come to peace within. Guided Imagery - a guided meditation technique that can calm anxiety, change perspective, help to uncover unconscious clues, and lead to solutions. Mind-Body-Spirit Connection - attention to the whole of a person - all three parts are connected and when one of these is disconnected it throws the entire system off balance. We work together to reconnect them by focusing awareness on each part. This allows us to get to the heart of what may be the matter. Body Awareness - using your bodily sensations as clues to inform your emotions & to aid in healing.
