Eller Rising Professionals was formerly known as the E.L.I.T.E. (Eller Leadership and Integrity Training for Excellence) program from 2007-2022, but has been rebranded to be more inclusive of our diverse student population and better reflect the current goals of the organization. The program meets weekly, and consists of a series of professional development workshops, competitive team challenges and case competitions, philanthropy events, and networking opportunities. The activities of the program are facilitated by the Eller Leadership Board and Eller Undergraduate Programs staff.
