The Educational Technology Center works collaboratively to provide professional learning, consulting, and service for Georgia pre-service and in-service educators to promote the appropriate use of technology in support of teaching, learning, and leadership. The Educational Technology Center (ETC) at First District is a collaborative effort between the First District RESA and the Georgia Department of Education.
