The Westchester Youth Congress is a youth-led organization that aims to increase youth leadership in our communities. By bringing youth leaders from various high schools together for weekly discussions, centered around planning and executing projects in our communities, the Westchester Youth Congress aims to give a voice and platform for the youth to express their desires for change and betterment in the Westchester community.
