We are a personal and professional accountability organization for women in Small Towns. We believe that to serve your small town with excellence, you must take care of yourself first and operate out of overflow. We focus on 5 key areas of growth: leadership, business, relationships, finances, and health/wellness. We do more than network, train, and coach women, we empower them to be accountable for their lives, their dreams, their goals, and their mindsets. The best part of small towns is that everyone knows everything about you. The worst part of small towns is that everyone knows everything about you. We provide a safe environment that believes women should be "fully known" without fear of gossip and slander. We bring the best part of small towns to the table, community, relationships, support, and encouragement. We eliminate the worst parts of gossip, slander, and negativity. We know that for women to thrive in their small towns they need the unrelinquishing support of other women. We are more than a networking group, we are an accountability group that holds women to the highest standard of positivity, belief, and action in their lives. We also support women owned businesses by providing a quarterly gift box that features products from all over the United States.
