Murchison-Hume, a leading natural products (CPG) brand, creates products that are naturally derived, effective and beautiful. The company has an extensive portfolio of natural cleaning and personal care products. Max and Peter Kater are the husband and wife team behind the Murchison-Hume brand. An engineer and fashion editor in their former work lives, they started the company after their youngest son developed allergies to common household cleaners. Unable to find any products that were both natural, safe (and actually worked) they decided to create their own and Murchison-Hume was born. Murchison-Hume was launched in 2008 in Sydney Australia and opened its US business in 2012. The company has a presence in 10 countries and over 500+ retail locations.
