Our company was founded in 2012 with a vision to be the go to company for Assist and value added solutions. We deliver value added products and emergency assistance solutions to businesses across South Africa. Our business model focuses on three key areas, Automotive solutions, Loyalty platforms and Value added services. We help businesses to structure and embed great value into their existing products and services in order to retain and increase their customer portfolios and profitability. How we do it? We listen to what our clients’ needs and requirements are and we tailor make solutions to fit each unique requirement. All our services are delivered via a dedicated 24-hour call centre, white labelled mobile apps and online web portals. We also provide 24-hour ongoing support through our dedicated operational and key account management team. Our key focus is centred around continuously improving on our product offerings and exceeding customer expectations. Why we do it?
