Bursting with seaside botanicals, Sea Arch is a crisp, delicate, distilled, non-alcoholic spirit, which serves as a refreshing alternative to alcohol. Inspired by the striking Devon coastline, Sea Arch takes it’s name from the dramatic rock formations, whose cores have been eroded by the sea. These impressive natural monuments are made more breath taking because of what nature has taken away and they really are more beautiful without. Sea Arch is made using traditional copper pot and steam distillation techniques to individually extract the maximum flavour from each botanical and allow the more delicate components to be captured and then the remaining alcohol is gently removed. From the first sip aromatic juniper and grapefruit peel gives a clean, crisp taste, sweet blood orange and coriander adds real complexity. The distinctive, fresh coastal notes come from the samphire and sugar kelp. Cardamon spice offers a balanced warmth to the finish. Tonic really opens up the flavours and allows the complexities to be appreciated. Many people are becoming more discerning about what they eat and drink – checking provenance and labels, cutting back on unhealthy foods, sugar and alcohol and generally trying to be healthier.
