Kelly Advisors (“JKA”) was founded in 2015 by Jessica Browdy as a woman owned, highly specialized Project Management Firm with practice areas in tenant/landlord representation for corporate office, corporate interiors, education, places of worship, hospitality, healthcare, facilities, industrial, mixed use, biomedical, advanced technology, and residential projects. JKA focuses on client centric services and excellence in quality and collaboration. Our goal is to manage the risks inherent in design and construction and provide services that will exponentially pay for themselves through the project lifecycle. Additionally, we want our clients to be able to focus on their business, while we focus on their project needs.
