To enhance agricultural, food and natural resources education (AFNR) through unique curriculum development and assessment. Current projects include: Ag 101 book and Facebook (www.facebook.com/Agri101) and Learning Outlines for postsecondary agriculture food and natural resources programs/courses. Both of these are projects of the National Agricultural Institute (www.facebook.com/NationalAgInstitute). Ag 101 is an understanding of agriculture for the 98% not involved in food production. Learning Outlines are a series of "just the facts" textbooks that will cost less than $30 each, use QR codes for enhanced learning, and assessment.
