How we do it: Through many years of industry experience in a mixed team of young and old, we combine the best values to actively support you as an industry expert. In doing so, we combine modern concepts, e.g. a decentralised company structure and the use of open source software, with classic approaches to corporate management and planning. Our philosophy: Karma. As a company we believe that this concept should be a cornerstone not only for individuals but also for companies - Karma moves in two directions. But what does a code of conduct like the "Don't be evil" formerly written by Google mean for a company like primeXchange? For us it means "Respect yourself, respect others and take responsibility for what you do". We know that our work has the potential to create freedom and opportunities for people. And during this work we try to be good, to do the right thing. Being reborn as an investment bank is not an option for us! Our idea: We are convinced that EDI should be uncomplicated and easy to handle. Through automation processes, larger sales volumes can be achieved and workers can be freed from repetitive tasks, both physically and mentally. However, this requires an optimal interaction of technical solutions and organizational innovations. We try to make these advantages accessible to small and medium-sized companies and offer advice and support.
