Infinis is the largest generator of power from landfill gas in the UK. We're proud to be one of the few UK companies already delivering a positive impact on climate change, through the capture of greenhouse gas and use of that resource to generate low carbon electricity. We operate a portfolio of 150+ landfill gas sites across the UK. Our 24/7 logistics centre monitors and controls sites, while the Centre of Excellence overhauls all engines across the business fleet. Infinis captures and converts approximately 300,000 tonnes of methane into more than 1 terawatt hour of electricity per annum. Our network of embedded generation plants puts us in close contact with local communities. We work hard to be a good neighbour and ensure that operations fully comply with local environmental and planning requirements.
