NBQSAis the only National Level Information and Communication Technology (ICT) competition of this nature organized in Sri Lanka. Started in 1998 by BCSSL to benchmark Sri Lankan ICT products, since the inception. NBQSAis supported by the government of Sri Lanka, BCS and private sector organizations. NBQSAcomprises of series of mini events starting from its launch leading up to the Awards Ceremony towards the latter part of the year. The competition is open only for Sri Lankan companies, groups and individuals. As many as 19 commercial product categories to compete in, such as, Financial, Industrial, Security, e-Government etc, and Sustainability & Green IT, Tertiary level projects from Universities and Post Graduate Project category.
