Established in 2018, The Cavanagh House is a 501c3 whose mission is help individuals, 17 and older, gain financial stability by providing the training, support and opportunities needed to " Learn a Trade and Gain a Career". We offer individuals living in Baltimore and its surrounding areas three trade programs: Upholstery, Sewing and Surface Pattern Design. Money is raised through our online retail store, pop up boutique sales, fundraisers and private donations. We are volunteer driven; 100% of our instructors, staff, and board members are volunteers.
