I have 20 years of experience building and leading marketing and operations teams across a variety of organizations, from lean startups to global companies. For the last 5 years I have been building my own coaching and consulting business. Along with this real world leadership experience, I have a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and Professional Coaching Certifications from the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC).
