Until now, we have been able to create the first generation of energy conversion technologies, the Reid-Cell or Crystal Cell, that generates permanent electrical energy without the input of a conventional energy source. The hypothesis suggests that a large portion of the surplus output energy of the Reid-Cell is extracted from the quantum vacuum.
