Buckeye Property Ventures, LLC is a professional, full service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout NE Ohio. We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords. Founded in 2017 by Steven Walbolt and David Damalas, Buckeye Property Ventures, LLC is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of NE Ohio and its neighborhoods.
