Alison Conigliaro-Hubbard is a former technology executive and author, who sees the world with the straight up honesty and spirit of a Brooklyn-native, combined with California wellness-cool, and at a global scale. Her style is classic, with a fire, and a bit of edginess. Alison is a coach who sees the strengths in every individual, helping each player to leverage their own personal magic to maximize success. Her network is vast and diverse, with long-term relationships from the C-suite to all business functions, in a wide variety of industries and global cultures. She brings people together who would not have connected otherwise. With over 26-years in corporate Sales and Product Marketing Leadership within large and mid-sized enterprises, start-ups and emerging technology areas, Alison is known to be obsessively customer-focused, and has driven and experienced business growth from a wide range of perspectives. Alison holds advanced certifications from Cornell University in Women's Executive Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion. She is a co-Founder of WeWomenLead, a certified Wellness Coach, and in 2021, she took on Stage 3 endometrial cancer and showed it who is boss. Alison has lived in all corners of the US, as well as L’Aquila, Italy; Valladolid, Spain and on the island of Crete. She speaks conversational Italian and NFL football, and she would say her Spanish is rusty, but viable. Alison currently resides in Marin County, California with her husband Michael, and she is a dog mom to Labrador, Riley. She recently published the book, Lessons in Life and Leadership, that went from idea to Amazon in 33 days. Alison has completed certifications with Co-Active and the International Coach Federation.
