Homesdale is a successful organisation who have been providing homes for people since 1998. Whilst housing people with the Royal Borough of Greenwich HACTRAC team we found a growing need to provide homes for the most vulnerable people within our communities. It is this awareness that has inspired the Homesdale team to transition into providing Supported Living Services. Homesdale Supported Living allows the most vulnerable individual to choose where they want to live and to choose to receive the right amount of support which is tailored to their individual needs. Supported living empowers the individual so that they can lead an enriching and fulfilling life. Who we do it for. Homesdale provide suitable homes with tenancy agreements for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Brain Injuries and for adults with Complex Needs and with behaviours that may challenge. We provide a tailored package of support which is put together and agreed by the adult that we support and we ensure that we have a trained and qualified staff team to meet the needs of the individual. We provide a person centred approach ensuring that the adults well-being is at the heart and centre of what we do. We complete a detailed needs and risk assessment based around the individual and with the adults consent, we involve all of the people and professionals to support the adult to make decisions that are in their best interest.
