Streamline Sports is a cutting edge, one-of-a-kind physical therapy clinic with a close working relationship with chiropractic care for complete athletic and orthopedic rehabilitation. Our Physical Therapist Blaire Zikratch, DPT, ATC has been both FMS (functional movement screen, level 2) and TPI-MP2 (Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional Level 2) certified, and is strong in manual therapy and strength/neuro muscular re-ed integration. Movement analysis and retraining is the foundation of her return to sport training, and is a component that is often missed with other standard physical rehabilitation. She is also a certified Athletic Trainer, and works with Idaho State University on and off the field/court. Our Physical Therapist Assistant Kate Youngblood, PTA is bilingual and has been certified in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and is skilled in manual techniques as well as movement analysis and re-training. We work with chiropractors Jeff Williams, DC and Addison Grisaffi, DC, who are skilled in not only all joint manipulation and mobilization, but also ART (Active Release Technique) and other soft tissue techniques.
