We founded Peak Leadership Institute to support leadership development for experienced executives, new managers, and individual contributors. We’re particularly interested in the subtler elements of leadership development, where we find higher leverage and greater impact. Toward this end, our work explores concepts of self-awareness, transcendence, focus, and creativity as they relate to leadership and performance, and we prioritize development of inner leadership in parallel with more expressed leadership competencies.
