Dissatisfied with the lack of preventive care and related education system in Japan, we decided to create a new model anchored on the community nursing professionals from Shimane, Japan. In this forefront among the super-aging country, the model enables community nurses to unleash their creativity and elderlies to rebuild community ties. We aim at nurturing 30,000 community nurses by the year 2025 across the country and becoming the well-being infrastructure of Ageing Asia.
