Our solution, based on an innovative IT approach ( neural networks, deep learning, image processing) allows nutritionists, diets and doctors to adapt their menus on real time (customized menu “day after day”) for elderly people and other patients based on the contextualized knowledge of their intake situation and nutritional values.
