Five Star is a real estate holding and investment company that started as one property many years ago. In 2018, as an experienced single family rental veteran with more than 10 years of residential real estate investment and rehab experience I recognized an opportunity to focus on larger assets with positive cash flow and distribute the resulting profits to shareholders. I've set out to capitalize on this opportunity, by building the structure for a profitable investment fund. By creating 5 Star Capital, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Company, I plan on focusing on this opportunity
